Welcome to the South West Nova Scotia (SWNS) Transportation Study home page.
The Atlantic Canada Opportunity Agency (ACOA) is undertaking a broad review of the transportation needs of SWNS in order to identify the range of transportation options that will best serve the region in the future.
CPCS Transcom Limited (CPCS), in association with Opus International Consultants (Canada) Limited (together the CPCS Team), is leading the study on behalf of ACOA.
This website provides an overview of the SWNS Transportation Study and relevant background material. As the study progresses, summaries of project findings will be posted on this site, under the tab “Consultation Notes”. This website will also provide information on the project consultation process and the schedule for public engagement.
